Return and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Condition: Item must be in new, unwashed condition.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery at customers expense. Item will need to be shipped to Canada.

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders: This includes T-shirts
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
